Family from Lublin :

"My Salzstein family also came from Lublin. I think that it is very likely that we are cousins.

My grandfather Martin Louis Salzstein was born 25 Sep 1886 in Lublin the son of Michael Salzstein and Dora Seifen. Michael and Dora emigrated to the USA in 1890's. Michael born 19 Oct 1862 was the son of Lejor Salzstein( born about 1834 )and Bejla Kornstein( born abt 1833 died 1890) I know of three siblings of Michael Herz Leib Salzstein( born 18 Jul 1853) Zelman Urzer (born 19 May 1857 died 1859) and Marya Pessa Salzstein( born 1861) I am sure that there are other siblings since the death of the wife Bejla was in 1890.

The Parents of Lejor Salzstein are Zelman Salzstein ( born abt 1799) and Mala Not ( born abt 1801 died 1886) Known siblings of Lejor are Szlama Salzstein ( born 1Jan 1837) and Icek Salzstein ( died 1855) probably as a child. I am sure that there are also other siblings.
